Magnolia Black Tulip is a beautiful Magnolia variety. Flowering from April to May, deep purple-red outer petals sit in a narrow Tulip shape and gently reflex at the tips like a Lily. Glossy elliptic shaped leaves complement these dazzling flowers which reach a mature height of 2.5m. The iconic goblet shaped flowers of Magnolia are a must have for gardeners looking to bring an exotic touch to the garden border. They are also highly fragrant and are a great choice for attracting pollinators, such as butterflies into the garden.
