Product Description

Tulip 'Kissable' radiates charm with its soft blend of peachy pinks and creamy apricots. This Triumph Tulip creates a warm, inviting display that feels both romantic and fresh. The goblet‑shaped flowers open fully to reveal gently scalloped edges that catch light beautifully, while the tidy, upright habit and smooth, mid‑green foliage give this Tulip a refined silhouette that’s equally at home in contemporary and classic schemes.

Reaching approximately 40 cm tall with a compact spread that suits tighter spaces, Tulip 'Kissable' flowers in mid spring and thrives in full sun or partial shade. It favours well‑drained soil and performs consistently over chalk, loam or sandy soils where water doesn’t linger, producing long‑lasting blooms that keep their sweet, blended tones as the season progresses.

Tulip 'Kissable' pairs beautifully with gentle, flowing companions - pale‑blue Veronica or soft lavender Scabious to enhance its pastel warmth, creamy white Eremurus for height contrast, or delicate ferny foliage plants to add grace and texture. Its graceful colouring and poised form also make it a lovely cut flower, lending subtle warmth and serenity to spring arrangements.

Growing at a glance…

Tulip bulbs should be planted in autumn, before any frost. Find an area of soil that is well-drained and moist and plant your bulbs at twice their depth and spaced apart by 10-15cm. Ensure they are properly covered, you should not be able to see them on the surface of the soil. Position in an area that you know receives plenty of sunlight but is also sheltered from harsh winds. Deadhead the flowers once they wilt, encouraging a healthier plant.
