Wisteria formosa 'Caroline' is a vigorous climbing shrub that bears unique leaves and fragrant pea-shaped flowers in the spring and early summer months. A deciduous variety that is perfect for planting against walls. Can grow anywhere between 4 to 8 metres tall and 1-1.5 metres wide over 10-20 years.

To get the best results from your Wisteria, you should get it in the ground anywhere between October and April. Place in well-drained, moist soil and in a full sun position. As Wisterias are vigorous climbing plants, you should provide some sort of support (wires or trellis) against the area you'd like it to grow.
