Product Description
Large headed with pink lilac flower. Their attractive curled green leaves will wither before the flowers appear in early summer so we recommend accompanying them with low-growing perennials to provide filling foliage over the base areas. Alliums make excellent cut flowers and can even be dried and used indoors for a unique winter display. Height 1.5m. Flowering May/June. 18cm+ bulbs supplied.

Growing at a glance…
Plant in fertile, well-drained soil at approx 10cm apart and at a depth of roughly 3-4 times the size of the bulb. Larger bulbs should be spaced 20cm apart. Leave untouched for a number of years until the bulbs have multiplied and divide if necessary. Smaller alliums can be grown in containers, but ensure it's large enough to space the bulbs an appropriate distance apart.
