Product Description
Photinia 'Red Robin' is popular medium-sized evergreen shrub that produces glossy vivid crimson-red elliptical leaves. Each leaf grows up to 10cm in length and matures to a dark green as the seasons progress. Clusters of small white flowers begin to appear throughout the hedge from April through to May, adding a wonderful contrast against the vivid foliage. These are followed by an abundance of charming red berries that create continued interest throughout the year. Photinia 'Red Robin' is fully hardy and highly versatile, thriving equally as well in single containers as it does as a hedge up to 2.5m in height. It also boasts a strong resistance to disease and prefers full sun though it can also tolerate more shaded areas of the garden. 9cm pot plants supplied.
