Phyllostachys Nigra 'Black Bamboo' is a major feature plant that will make a marvelous impression throughout the year. When established the combination of black and arching green makes this black Bamboo truly breath-taking. A holder of the RHS Award of Garden Merit, this variety will produce green canes that become blackish brown as the plant matures. An exceptionally robust and hardy Bamboo that is ideal for use as screening along a boundary or can be planted in large containers. Height 2-3m. Plant supplied in a 2 litre pot.
