Product Description
Our Cascading Begonia Mix delivers a vibrant cascade of double blooms in reds, pinks, oranges, yellows and whites. Starting from 10 cm and reaching up to 30 cm, the trailing stems spill elegantly from baskets, containers and window boxes, while lush green foliage forms a neat backdrop, providing high-impact summer colour from June through to the first frosts of October.
Thriving in fertile, well-drained soil, these tuberous begonias prefer partial shade or bright, indirect sun and need consistent moisture without waterlogging. They are ideal for hanging baskets and patio pots, quickly filling space and maintaining a long season of interest.
For layered displays, combine with trailing Lysimachia or Dichondra to enhance the cascade, and add upright contrast with compact Salvia or bushy Pelargonium for colour and structure throughout summer.

Growing at a glance…
Plant your Begonia tubers in early spring, as long as all threat of further frosts has disappeared. Begonias are incredibly sensitive blooms and need to be protected from harsh cold weather. Tubers can be started indoors as early as February if the weather is too unpredictable. Plant hollow side up, 2cm apart and 2.5cm deep. When leaves begin to appear, plant outside in your desired spot that receives plenty of sunlight. Water regularly during warm and dry weather.
