Product Description

Bells of Ireland is an upright annual that produces whimsical pale green ovate leaves and pale pink blooms throughout summer. Will provide greenery to the garden from Spring to Autumn! Bells of Ireland is a must for drying and using in cut-flower displays, as their seed heads are highly attractive and sought after! Sow seeds inside from March to April or outside from May to June.

Planting Sow thinly in trays when growing inside, about 0.5cm deep and cover very lightly with soil.

Growing at a glance…

Can be sown in autumn or spring. If sowing in spring, freeze the seed packet for 5 days and then soak the seeds overnight. Sow thinly in trays when growing inside, about 0.5cm deep and cover very lightly with soil. Germination can take around 14-21 days. Thin seedlings and transplant when large enough to handle (3-5cm). Grow them somewhere that gets plenty of sunlight. Will self-sow if left to mature fully.
