Berberis Orange Rocket, otherwise known as 'Japenese Barberry' or just Barberry, is a deserved RHS award winner. It is a compact upright shrub, grown for its magnificent foliage, the dark brown stems are smothered in rusty orange leaves that mature to green in summer before turning coral-red in autumn. The scented yellow flowers appear in spring, followed by red berries in later summer. It is the ideal shrub for adding colour to garden borders or containers and ideal grown for informal screens and hedging. Height 1.5m. 9cm pot plants supplied.

Berberis can be trimmed back annually after they have finished flowering. Water freely during the growing season.
