Product Description
Buddleja weyeriana 'Sungold' is a yellow flowering Butterfly Bush which is easy to grow and low maintenance. Also known as Buddleia, this plant produces an abundance of yellow flower clusters made up of tiny flowers appear on arching stems throughout summer until the first frosts. Produces an intoxicating perfume and is very popular with cabbage white, peacock and tortoiseshell butterflies, as well as bees. Can grow up to a magnificent height of 3m, however if you prefer a more compact Buddleia just make sure to prune hard in March. 20cm plants supplied in 2 litre pots. Winner of the prestigious RHS Award of Garden Merit.

Growing at a glance…
Dig a hole in the border that’s big enough to house the root system. If planting in pots, fill a large pot halfway with potting soil and then make a well in the middle. Do this until the top of the soil from the plant is just below the top of the pot. Wedge in the plant by adding soil to the gaps in the hole, firming down the surface to ensure it’s in place, and water well.
