Product Description
Celtuce Stem Lettuce, often known as stem lettuce and Chinese lettuce, is a perfect vegetable for stir-fries and salads. Originating from China, this stem lettuce produces green tufts up top which can be used as a 'cut and come again' type of lettuce, and the stem can be lightly steamed or cooked for hot meals.

Growing at a glance…
Sow under glass from September to March or directly outdoors from March to August. These seeds can germinate in uncharacteristically low temperatures (4-15C). Will germinate within 7-14 days. Transplant seedlings before growing outdoors. If grown directly outside, thin rows to 8-10 inches once they've reached heights of 30cm and eat any surplus plants.
