£14.99
Recently introduced variety which was the first self-fertile black sweet cherry. The large round juicy cherries have an excellent flavour, the sweetest results will be when the tree is situated where it can get long exposure to the sun. The cherry blossom is beautiful in the Spring and the fruit is produced in July. They will do best in well-drained soil and can be trained against a wall or fence or simply grown into a small bushy headed tree. All our cherry trees are self-fertile and will need regular pruning to promote new growth. They are fully hardy but the blossoms will need protection from frost as any damage will impact on the fruit. Two year old trees grafted onto dwarf Colt root stock supplied.

Order any two or more large fruit trees for only 12.99 each saving 2 per tree.

Pruning

Late Winter/Early Spring

Two year old fruit trees grafted onto the most dwarf root stock, Colt root stock. All the varieties we offer are manageable but need to be kept pruned for the average garden.
Young trees must be watered thoroughly and must be pruned regularly. In winter training pruning should be done before four years old, and maintenance training should be done thereafter.
