A collection of compact 'Cartwheel' Dahlias producing unique shaped flowers in vibrant colours. Perfect for garden borders or patio containers they make excellent cut flowers for the vase, adding something unusual to your bouquets. The collection of five includes one each of Honka Red, Honka Pink, Honka White, Honka Yellow and Verrone's Obsidian (near black). Order the collection of 10 for 2 of each variety. Growing at a glance…

Dahlia tubers can be planted outdoors, 10cm deep in fertile well-drained soil in spring when the frost has disappeared. They prefer to be in a sunny location and spaced at approximately 45cm apart. In areas where there is extreme cold, dig up dahlias and store in potting compost over the winter. Apply a high potash fertiliser every few weeks in the summer to help growth. Dead head when necessary.
