Dahlia 'Creme De Cassis' is an exquisite water lily-shaped variety that produces beautiful light and dark pink petals from midsummer. If seen from above, you would only see its light pink curled petals - however, if seen from the side, you catch its true beauty with both hues. Growing to a mature height of 1-1.5m tall, this bloom is ideal for planting through your summer borders, or as part of your cut flower arrangements.

Growing at a glance…
Dahlia tubers can be planted outdoors, 10cm deep in fertile well-drained soil in spring when the frost has disappeared. They prefer to be in a sunny location and spaced at approximately 45cm apart. In areas where there is extreme cold, dig up dahlias and store in potting compost over the winter. Apply a high potash fertiliser every few weeks in the summer to help growth. Dead head when necessary.
