Product Description

Daphne odora 'Aureomarginata' is also known as the gold-edged winter Daphne. Beautiful clusters of pale-pink flowers open in a four lobed show to create an eye-catching display that really stand out against the variegated green foliage with pale yellow margins. The flowers bloom in December through to March and produce a gorgeous sweet scent that is often noticed within the garden before they are seen. Pretty red berries then spring up when the flowers begin to fade. Originating from Eastern Asia, this evergreen shrub is compact and an ideal choice for large containers, where the sweet scent can be enjoyed up close. We recommend not overwatering these hardy shrubs for the best results, where they will reach an eventual height of 1.5m. 2 litre pot plants supplied.
