Product Description

Helianthemum ‘The Bride’ brightens borders with its radiant white blooms and sunny yellow centres. Living up to its name, it evokes elegance and freshness from late spring through summer, while silvery‑green foliage provides year‑round texture and frames each cluster of flowers with subtle contrast.

With a low, ground‑hugging habit and a spread of around 40 cm, ‘The Bride’ forms a neat, evergreen mat in fertile, well‑drained soil, quickly filling gaps with lush foliage and abundant blooms. Its tidy presence enhances gravel gardens, edging schemes, or the front of mixed beds, adding structure while maintaining a light, airy feel.

Thriving in full sun to light shade, this hardy rock rose performs best in bright, well-drained sites. Its luminous flowers pair beautifully with silvery and blue‑flowered companions such as Salvia, Nepeta or Lavender, creating layered, pollinator‑friendly displays that attract bees and butterflies while lifting sunny schemes with elegant contrast.

Growing at a glance…

Perfect for any flower bed, border or container this season. Water when their soil feels dry to touch, particularly in warm bouts of weather in the early morning or late evening once the sun has set. To plant them in the border, dig a hole in the border that’s big enough to house the entire root ball. Do this until the top of the soil from the module is just below the top of the pot. Fill around the modules with soil and firm them down gently. To plant them within a wall, find an opening and pack it halfway with soil. Then, take the module and pop it in the hole, making sure it's sturdy by packing soil around it. Water well.
