A stunning and unusual Magnolia collection that is perfect for those looking to add character and elegance to their garden. These mesmerising flowers open out to provide delightful blossom in a variety of snowy-white, pink and deep crimson colours. These striking Magnolia are also heavily fragrant and will attract butterflies into the garden or can be cut and used within floral displays to be appreciated in the home. All three varieties will thrive in moist, well-drained acid-neutral soil in full sun or partial shade. Plant in a sheltered spot to maximise flowering, where they are a great low maintenance addition to every garden requiring very little pruning. The collection includes one of each variety: Magnolia loebneria Merril (White), Magnolia soulangeana Rustica Rubra (pink) and Magnolia liliflora Nigra (deep purple). 12cm pot plants supplied.

Little pruning is required for these magnificent shrubs, but if required you can prune lightly once the flowers have faded. It is often recommended that you provide some protection from strong winds, and provide a mulch in early spring. Do notallow plants to dry out in hot weather and water regularly.Plant in moist, acid-to-neutral soil in full sun or partial shaded areas. Shallow planting is required for magnolia bushes, in areas that have really good drainage.
