Product Description
Narcissus ‘Canaliculatus’ produces delicate clusters of small, lightly scented blooms, typically bearing several flowers per stem. Each flower shows crisp white petals surrounding a soft yellow cup, creating a fine, airy effect that feels particularly elegant at close range and in naturalised spring settings.
Flowering in early to mid spring, this miniature daffodil forms a very compact habit, generally reaching around 15 cm in height with a 10 cm spread. It performs best in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun or light shade, where its fine foliage and slender stems sit comfortably at the front of borders, in rock gardens or containers.
Ideal for naturalistic planting, Narcissus 'Canaliculatus' associates well with Crocus, Muscari and other small Narcissus, as well as low groundcover such as Thymus or early Viola, helping to build layered interest at a miniature scale.

Growing at a glance…
Daffodils (or narcissi) are both easy to grow and incredibly reliable. Like many bulbs, it takes very little time to plant them. Remove any weeds in the area you'd like to plant your bulbs and dig at the soil to aerate it. Fork in some organic matter to improve the drainage and soil structure. Daffodils prefer sunny spots and well-drained soil, so keep this in mind when planting. Plant each bulb 2-3 times the bulbs height and place it with the shoot facing upwards. Space them twice their width apart. Cover with soil and water if the ground is dry.
