Panicum virgatum 'Northwind', also known as Switch grass, is a deciduous perennial grass that produces clumps of upright leaves that turn yellowy orange in autumn. Its foliage changes colour throughout the year, giving you a varied display each season. It can even produce tiny pink or green flowers in late summer.
