Product Description
Spinach - Giant Winter produces giant leaves that are semi-cold hardy, perfect for winter and spring harvests. They can survive the early winter conditions but will need protection with cloches in deep winter months. The leaves produced on each plant are flavoursome and make the perfect addition to kitchen recipes.

Growing at a glance…
Sow seeds inside in pots or outdoors, directly where they are to grow. They prefer cool soil. Sow 6-12 seeds 30cm apart and 1/2 inch deep, in rows that are spaced 10-20cm apart, thinning when they reach heights of 5cm. Ensure your soil isn't particularly acidic, as they are sensitive to high levels of acidity. Harvest every other crop, giving the rest more room to grow.
