Product Description

Swede Marian is a pretty purple-topped wonder. It's highly reliable and is resistant to club-root and mildew. Marian provides a high yield of crops throughout autumn. Swede is highly frost hardy, so don't feel that you have to rush to harvest them as they can withstand cold conditions. Sow directly outside from April to June, ready to harvest in October to December.

Growing at a glance…

Sow directly outside from April to June around 1cm deep and 45 cm between rows. Best results can be seen generally from a May sowing. Will grow wonderfully in well-dug soil that hasn't been manured. As each seedling appears, gradually thin them apart to about 20cm. Ensure that the soil is kept moist until seedlings are established.
