Add a touch of elegance to your summer display with this white Dutch Iris. White Excelsior produces pure white flowers with a bright yellow marking on each petal. Dutch Iris are very reliable and extremely hardy, making them the perfect addition to any garden. Growing to a height of 60-70cm, they are ideal for planting in patio pots, containers and the border. Flowers June to July. 7/8cm bulbs supplied.

Growing at a glance…
Bulbs are to be planted 8cm deep and about 10-12cm apart, in well-drained soil. Ensure the bulbs are planted somewhere that has plenty of access to sun. For best results, plant your Iris bulbs from mid to late autumn to then see them flower in early spring or mid-summer. Take some care to prevent slugs and snails from attacking the iris once planted. Most Dutch iris are only suitable for planting in the garden or in a cool greenhouse or a cold frame.
