Product Description
Beautiful pure white bell-shaped upward-facing flowers set against dark green ovate leaves belong to the Campanula glomerata Alba. These beautiful flowers produce dense clusters and have a terrific long flowering life starting in May and lasting till October with their spreading foliage that can be used as weed suppressing ground cover throughout the summer. It is a useful addition to flower beds or borders reaching a height between 40-60cm. For best results plant in moist but well-drained fertile soil in a sunny spot in the garden. Can be used as filling foliage under taller contrasting colours of shrubs to help create a feature. They will also make wonderful cut flowers to be enjoyed in the home. Growing at a glance…
Dig a hole in the border that’s big enough to house the entire module. If planting in pots, fill a large pot halfway with potting soil and then make several holes that can hold the modules. Campanulas can be grown in any soil type. Position somewhere sunny, or perhaps with dappled shade. Plant outdoors from May to June to see them appear throughout summer.
