Product Description

With a soft brightness that lifts even the shadiest corners, our Astilbe ‘Vision in White’ brings calm and clarity to summer borders. From June through August, creamy white plumes rise above dense, textured foliage, adding clean vertical structure without overwhelming the space.

The finely divided, fern-like leaves provide contrast and interest long after the blooms fade. This compact variety reaches around 60 cm and is particularly resilient in heavier soils, so long as moisture is consistent - making it well-suited to damp borders, stream margins or shaded beds that don’t dry out.

Ideal for underplanting or companion groupings, ‘Vision in White’ pairs beautifully with foliage-forward perennials such as Epimediums, Tiarella or small-leaved Hostas, where its pale tones gently lift the palette. It’s a quietly dependable presence that returns reliably year after year.

Growing at a glance…

Pot grown plants are bigger than our modules or plugs. We grow them until they produce foliage, allowing you to plant them directly outdoors on arrival. Their mature state means that they will flower faster than smaller plants, giving you plants sooner than if you had started them from scratch at home. Perfect for any flower bed, border or container this season. Water when their soil feels dry to touch, particularly in warm bouts of weather in the early morning or late evening once the sun has set.
