Cabbage Pak Choi Red produces purple plumes and bright green stems. A fast-growing variety that can be harvested whole. A gorgeous variety for your allotments that will act as a companion in a salad or in a stir fry.

Growing at a glance…
Planting seeds around 1/4 inch below surface level, spaced 1/2 inch apart. Grow in a light and sunny location. Is quite hardy, allowing to be sown as soon as the soil is pliable. Best direct seeded to a depth of 1/8 inch, and firm soil gently or alternatively start under cover in plugs. Germinates 7-14 days from seed, depending on conditions provided. Transplanting bare roots is not recommended as the plants can go into shock and bolt to seed.
