Growing at a glance…

Deadhead regularly to encourage further growth and remove flower heads once they have begun to fade. Take some simple precautions to avoid slugs who love and target Dahlia plants. On arrival, give the roots of each plant a little water if required and some natural light. They will be ready to plant into pots and containers within 24-48 hours after arrival. Ideal for growing in patio containers and pots, however if their final location is in borders or flower beds, we suggest growing them on in containers for a few weeks to allow the roots to become fully established and then re-plant into their final location.
