Product Description

Dahlia ‘Karma Fiesta’ brings warmth and energy to summer planting with its bold, decorative form. Its fully double blooms blend hot orange-red tones with glowing yellow highlights at the centre, giving each flower a lively, sun-drenched appearance. The flowers are generously sized and held cleanly above deep green foliage, making the colour read clearly both in the garden and when cut.

Flowering begins in mid-to-late summer and continues well into early autumn with regular deadheading. Plants remain compact and upright, growing to around 100-120 cm tall, yet are notably robust, producing straight, sturdy stems that resist weather damage and support repeated cutting without loss of vigour.

This variety was specially bred for professional cut-flower production and forms the backbone of the renowned Karma Collection, valued for its reliability, plant health and consistently high-quality stems. It performs best in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun, where it combines particularly well with grasses, Echinacea, Rudbeckia or late-season Salvias for sustained structure and colour through the warmer months.

Growing at a glance…

Dahlia tubers can be planted outdoors, 10cm deep in fertile well-drained soil in spring when the frost has disappeared. They prefer to be in a sunny location and spaced at approximately 45cm apart. In areas where there is extreme cold, dig up dahlias and store in potting compost over the winter. Apply a high potash fertiliser every few weeks in the summer to help growth. Dead head when necessary.
