A new compact Deutzia hybrida, ‘Strawberry Fields' is a fascinating variety that boasts clusters of deep crimson buds that open to white flushed pink star-shaped flowers from May to July. A holder of the RHS Award of Garden Merit for its eye-catching colour, great resistance to pests and disease; it is also easy to maintain, making it a great choice for all gardeners. Left undisturbed they can reach a height of 2m but can be pruned hard after flowering to keep a more compact size if need be. These beautiful flowers are slightly scented so we recommend planting in areas where this can be enjoyed. They will also attract pollinators, such as bees, into the garden environment. 9cm pot plants supplied.
