Leek 'Murican' is a strong growing variety that is great for harvesting in autumn. Produces long, white stems which are not rounded at the base. Plant any time from May to June for best results in the harvest. Grows to an average height of 45cm tall and 30cm wide.

This easy to grow leek variety is effortless for those who are new to growing their own crop, whether it be in a new allotment or dedicated vegetable garden. You will receive a 3cm plug which makes the planting process easier and quicker. Plant in mid-spring to avoid winter frosts that may still continue into early spring. Space 23-25cm apart from each plug to achieve best results. Harvest in October-February.
