Relaxing Berry Infused Tea Recipe

Britain is a nation of tea lovers, and there's nothing that says relaxation more than tasty berry tea.

If you're after something that you can you've made from scratch AND it tastes fantastic, then you can't go wrong with this aromatic and relaxing berry infused tea recipe.

Servings: 2
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cooking Time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

2 Chamomile tea bags
50g Raspberries
50g Blueberries
5-6 mint leaves
2 cups/400ml boiling water

Method:
Measure out all your ingredients and pop them into a pan with the hot water and let simmer for 5 minutes. This will give all the flavours time to brew and infuse into the water. Stir regularly, and add some sugar to the pan if you prefer it to be slightly sweeter.

Once it's brewed, take the tea bags out with a spoon (try not to burn yourself!). If you'd like the fruity bits to remain in the tea, then serve as is. However, if you want, you can strain the tea to remove the pulp and mint leaves. Get a bowl and a strainer to do this and serve when ready.

Tasty Tips

This recipe is perfect for those who like to get creative with their produce. If you have any fruit or ginger that needs to be used, chuck it in a pan with hot water and some tea bags and make a magical brew!
