Product Description

Elegant blooms tumble down the sides of hanging baskets and containers, creating magnificent multi-coloured displays of colour that will give your patios charm throughout summer. We recommend combining your Cascading Begonias with Double Begonias and Fimbriata Begonias in separate pots, to create a varied display. Tubers can even be stored over winter and reused year after year, making the Begonia excellent value for money. Begonias prefer half-sun and a rich moist soil with good drainage. 3/4cm tubers supplied. Height 25cm.

Growing at a glance…

Plant your Begonia tubers in early spring, as long as all threat of further frosts has disappeared. Begonias are incredibly sensitive blooms and need to be protected from harsh cold weather. Tubers can be started indoors as early as February if the weather is too unpredictable. Plant hollow side up, 2cm apart and 2.5cm deep. When leaves begin to appear, plant outside in your desired spot that receives plenty of sunlight. Water regularly during warm and dry weather.
