Like other varieties in the range, the Petunia Thumbelina Cherry Ripple is similar in appearance to the traditional petunia, but differs in the double-headed shape of its blooms, which appear in clustersbetween June and October for months of enjoyment. These charming flowers are made up of ruffles of densely packed, velvety petals, each with distinctive markings of contrasting cherry red and purewhite, they really are the perfect way to inject a burst of colour and fun into your summer garden! Plant in a hanging basket or wall planter for a dramatic, trailing display, or in a container on the patio, whereblooms will tumble freely over the rim for a romantic, ornamental effect.

Growing at a glance…
Unpack your plants immediately upon arrival and give them a little water if they feel a bit dry. Pot on for 2-3 weeks before planting them out into their final positions outdoors. Alternatively, you can plant these plugs directly outdoors if the weather permits (all risk of frost is gone). Water these plants freely during the growing season and make sure to dead-head spent flowers regularly to prolong their display.
