Mock Orange (Philadelphus)

Jeff Turner is back in the shed to share advice on how to plant Mock Orange in this simple walkthrough guide video.

Mock Orange, or Philadelphus Virginial, produces large, white double flowers in profusion in June to July. They will flower in summer, from June to July, and are highly fragrant with a delicious scent of orange-blossom fragrance which will be particularly lovely on those warm summer evenings. They grow quite large, up to around 3m, and grow very quickly. They will always benefit from pruning once flowering is done.

This shrub is a lovely addition to the garden and can be found below amongst our other great medium to tall shrub and tree varieties.
